Energy Ball

Second in a series of "sphere moves" with Basil using Energy Ball. Which is seriously one of the coolest looking moves in the anime, and damn hard to color. Seriously that thing had like, 12 layers.

I always tend to make the Chikorita line look so happy to be alive. And I love Meganiums, but I hate their flowers; something about the placement is incredibly hard to draw. But the shading on this came out a lot better than Undertow's 0_o

I wanted to give Basil Energy Ball in my game, but she had an Adamant nature (low special) though I did actually give her Frenzy Plant and Petal Dance; I think her Miracle Seed, STAB, and Meganiums' natural stats makes up for it; she kicks major ass.
