commission for Nekronometer who wanted some "film noir-esque" rarilight, with rarity flirting with a governess twilight.

i'm terribly sorry this took so long nekrometer, thank you so much for being so patient with me! if you ever want to commission me again, hopefully i won't be as super busy as i was the last month lol. please let me know if anything needs to be adjusted, such as the colors or background. (I noticed some noir posters had this brush like texture in their backgrounds and i was like "cool i've got some pencil brushes" so i just started playing around.)
